  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method or as agreed with the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags and packaging will not be accepted.
